: The functions, duties and powers of the Executive Council shall be as follows:
(a) To implement the decisions and instructions of the Assembly, (b) To prepare the annual program, budget, progress statement, audit report and other proposals of the institution and submit them to the assembly for approval,
(c) To operate, maintain and protect funds and movable immovable assets of the foundation,
(d) To sell and lease the movable and immovable assets of the establishment subject to the policy directives of the Assembly,
(e) Coordinating, supervising, inspecting the programs run by the institution and submitting the report to the Assembly,
(f) To prepare the draft of the rules related to the establishment and submit it to the assembly for approval (G) Appointing and promoting the necessary teachers and staff for the establishment on the recommendation of the Service Commission (h) Accepting donations, donations, financial and other support received by the establishment (i) To do the work as prescribed by the assembly,
(j) To perform other tasks as specified.
